There’s an old saying, and I hear it all the time from skeptics of GLP-1 medications: “You’ll gain it back.” That mindset has become a huge motivator for me—not to prove anyone wrong, but to prove to myself that I can maintain this progress. This isn’t a temporary fix; it’s a lifestyle change, and I’m more determined than ever to sustain the results I’ve worked so hard to achieve.
