• Front Desk Reception

Looking for front desk receptionist to join the Millefiori team. Looking for a motivated individual to fit into out current team, welcoming patients to the office 1-2 days a week. Previous receptionist experience is a MUST. Must be able to multitask and handle difficult situations. Knowledge of spa treatments is plus. Must be a people person.

Looking for an individual who is wanting to grow with the business as a long-term commitment, not just an employment. Must be comfortable with high-end clients and being able to exceed expectations.

Job duties include greeting clients, preparing all necessary paperwork for services, data entry, checking out patients and handling payments, routing all phone calls and taking messages, making confirmation and follow-up calls to patients, managing providers schedules.

• Medical Aesthetician

Looking for a licensed esthetician to join to the Millefiori team. Looking for a motivated individual to fit into our current team, treating clients 3-4 days per week. Must be licensed in the state of Florida and have knowledge or very eager to learn the medical side of skincare.

Looking for an individual who is willing to grow with the business as a long-term commitment. Must be comfortable with high-end clients and being able to exceed expectations.

Job duties include preforming all skincare and spa serviced including to but not limited to: facial waxing, spa and medical facials, spa and medical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplanning, microneedling and botox prep cleansing- including charting and documenting treatment protocols and post treatment communication
