Local Ownership. Experienced Providers. Thoughtful Treatment Plans.
Millefiori Aesthetics
Millefiori Aesthetics is a locally owned medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Melbourne, Florida. Founded by husband-and-wife team Iris and Kyle Graham, Millefiori was created to offer Brevard County something they felt was missing: advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments delivered with medical judgment, honest guidance, and a genuinely personal level of care.
We do not expect patients to arrive knowing which procedure, product, or technology they need. That is our job.
Tell us what has changed, what is bothering you, and what you would like to improve. Our providers will assess your concerns, explain the available options, and develop a treatment plan based on your anatomy, health, goals, timeline, and budget.
Sometimes that plan includes injectables. Sometimes it may involve lasers, skin tightening, medical-grade skincare, wellness treatment, or a combination completed in stages. Occasionally, the right recommendation is to wait or not treat something at all.
Our goal is not to sell every patient the newest treatment. It is to recommend the right treatment and perform it well.
Husband and Wife team Kyle and Iris have known each other for over 15 years and have developed a well-rounded working relationship based on creative chemistry and similar goals. Iris and Kyle both grew up in the Melbourne area and are excited to bring their business to the place they call home.
Built in Brevard
Iris and Kyle both grew up in the Melbourne area and have known each other since high school. They built Millefiori in the community they call home, combining Iris’s medical and aesthetic experience with Kyle’s background in business and operations.
What began as a smaller boutique practice has grown into a comprehensive medical aesthetics and wellness destination serving patients throughout Brevard County and beyond. Even as the practice has expanded, Millefiori remains independently owned and closely involved in the experience patients receive.
The name Millefiori means “a thousand flowers” in Italian. Iris first encountered the term while studying a mosaic art technique during her time at Florida State University. She remembered both the name and the idea behind it: many individual elements coming together to create something balanced and distinctive.
That principle still fits the practice today. No two patients are treated exactly alike, and good results rarely come from one isolated procedure. They come from understanding the full picture and choosing each part of the plan with purpose.
Our Approach
Experience matters
Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures. The product or device is only one part of the result. Assessment, anatomy, technique, dosage, placement, settings, follow-up, and knowing when not to treat matter just as much.
Our providers invest heavily in continuing education and hands-on training so they can evaluate patients thoughtfully and use each treatment appropriately.
Concerns come before procedures
Patients often arrive asking for a specific treatment because they saw it online or heard about it from a friend. We begin with the concern instead.
Fine lines, facial heaviness, volume loss, pigmentation, skin laxity, acne scarring, fatigue, weight changes, and hormonal symptoms can have very different causes. A proper treatment plan begins by identifying what is actually happening rather than automatically booking the procedure requested.
Natural-looking does not mean undertreated
Our goal is for patients to look refreshed, balanced, and like themselves. That does not mean treatments must be so conservative that they fail to address the concern.
Natural-looking results come from using the right treatment, in the right amount, for the right patient. We prioritize proportion, movement where appropriate, and improvements that do not announce themselves from across the room.
Honest recommendations
We will explain what a treatment can reasonably accomplish, what it cannot accomplish, and whether another option may make more sense.
We do not believe in pressuring patients into procedures, building treatment plans around promotions, or recommending something simply because we offer it. Trust is more valuable than a single appointment.
Our Mission
To provide individualized medical aesthetics and wellness care through experienced providers, honest recommendations, advanced technology, and treatment plans designed around the needs of each patient. We want every patient to feel informed, comfortable, and confident in the decisions they make, whether they are beginning with their first consultation or have trusted Millefiori with their care for years.

Many people ask about the meaning behind the name Millefiori. In Italian, Millefiori means “A Thousand Flowers.” While attending Florida State University, Iris took several art classes, one of which focused on a mosaic medium called Millefiori. Inspired by the artistic technique and enchanted by the name, she chose it as the perfect name for her boutique medical spa.
A native of Brevard County, Iris recently married her high school sweetheart, Kyle Graham, who is also the co-owner of Millefiori. Iris is committed to community rejuvenation projects and recently hosted an exclusive event at her medical spa for the Candlelighters of Brevard. An avid dog lover, she cherishes her two dogs, Blizzard and Aspen, who hold a special place in her heart.
